Well for me thats usually how it goes. There is so much 'blue' rated stuff now a days, I open them all up at the same time in one window, then quickly sift through them stopping at ones I like.
And then I only review ones that I reeaaally like, or I think has potential and some feedback would help.
But dude you can always put your stuff on youtube and other places, and forums etc. Just ASK for feedback in your authors note, people will likely respond more to you, also if you are progressively getting better, people will respond more knowing they are helping you.
omg dude, I just checked your flash page. You have 93 fucking movies last year!! Spend some more time on a movie and you will get more reviews.
Stop spending 2 days or a week on one stupid animation and spend a month at least on something and show some people you know - get feedback - then fix up some things, and then release it.

It kinda feels like the reviews are slowly going away since they got rid of the additional points for humor, violence, animation and whatever. Maybe this is just one more sign that they'll be gone since a lot of people don't deserve to have opinions, but who knows.
lol, at the same time there is a real problem with too many reviews. For example alot of the time popular flashes will have well over 1,000 reviews, and well over 90% of them are just something like "I love this! YAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" If you ask me, people also need to remember to rate reviews based on how useful and thought out they are.

It may have to do with not that many people watching movies in the flash portal, because it seems like every flash from a few years ago got like 800-1000 views no matter what the score.
Sometimes I don't leave a review because I'll be typing something the author probably already knows, or it won't help the author at all.
But one time I made a guy stop making hentai games and tribute flashes through a review. That doesn't have anything to do with this though.

I actually found the music quite enjoyable. The rest of the animation leaves something to be desired.
I must admit, I was hesitant to write a third review, after my others have been so unceremoniously destroyed. Still, I'll try again. Also, I feel the need to apologize. My previous reviews were less than polite, so I hope to remedy that problem this time.
May I first begin by saying that the balloons were particularly well drawn. And the music was phenomenal. It managed to make an extremely annoying song quite enjoyable. There was a problem with the moving pictures, though. You see, every so often, the beef would pass over the orange, obscuring it from veiw. Also, the text in the background was a bit hard to read, as it was rather messy. As with the foreground text. I also noticed a typo. You spelled 'you' wrong.
Anothing thing. There wasn't much substance to the animation, as a whole. It's a tribute to this orange-beef fellow, I understand, but the animation doesn't serve to tell us anything about him. Or her, as it may be. Needless to say, I think this probably would have gotten the message across if you had sent it privately to the person, as opposed to putting it up here.

Most of the time people review spam so they can try to be profound by stating what already has been said. People rarely review flashes they have watched. Most of them review for the +1 review.
I try and leave a reveiw but most of the time i just don't care
Only reason I haven't reviewed lately is I've been working too much lately. But yeah, it's mostly because most people either post useless spam reviews or are just being jerks. The audio portal has it just as bad on a good number of songs that are awesome, but have no reviews & even though it could be a tiny bit better, that artist will never know.
yeah, it sucks when you work on something, whether you worked hard or not on it, but no one reviews your work and it just goes completely un noticed and making it was a waste of time
maybe people should actually have to WATCH movies before voting but the time it takes someone to watch a movie might mean they lose a chance at couple precious B/P points, oh so just fuck it there will never be lots of reviews on submissions again
